William Thomas Andrade, or just "Billy" Andrade, is an American golfer who debuted in professional golf in 1987.  In that same year he joined the U.S. Team for the 1987 Walker Cup.

He has four wins on the PGA Tour: twice in 1991 - the Kemper Open and the Buick Classic, once in 1998 - the Bell Canadian Open, and once in 2000 - the Invensys Classic held in Las Vegas. The 2000 Invensys Classic also marked the debut of the Titlesit Pro V1 golf ball, which was used by Andrade to win the event.

Though Andrade still hasn't won a major championships, the Official World Golf Rankings has featured Billy Andrade among the top 50 golfers in the world.
