Isaac Jason Hilliard, or Ike Hilliard, is a professional football wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He was born in Patterson, Louisiana on April 5, 1976.
After playing collegiate football at Florida, Hilliard entered the 1997 NFL Draft and was selected as the seventh overall pick by the New York Giants. He spent the next eight seasons in New York as the starting wide receiver, and helped the team in their Super Bowl XXXV campaign.
He signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2005 where he was utilized mainly as the third or fourth receiver. In 2007, he started 10 games, logging 62 receptions for 722 yards.
On February 25, 2009, Hilliard was released by the Bucaneers.
