Joshua Scott McRoberts is a professional basketball player currently signed with the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 28, 1987.
McRoberts declared for the 2007 NBA Draft shy of his junior year at Duke University. He was then drafted into the NBA by the Portland Trail Blazers as the 37th overall pick in the second round. McRoberts spent the majority of his 2007 rookie season with the Trail Blazers' D-League affiliate the Idaho Stampede. He appeared in only eight NBA games for Portland, with an average playing time of 3.5 minutes.
On June 26, 2008, McRoberts was traded to the Indiana Pacers, in a deal involving four other players.
