Monique Marie Henderson is an American professional sprinter. She was born in San Diego, California on February 18, 1983.
Henderson attended college at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she became a five-time Pac-10 champion. In 2004, she finished 2nd place in the 400 meters during the 2004 NCAA Championships. In 2005, she became the champion at 400 meters in the 2005 NCAA Championships.
In the 2004 Summer Olympics, Henderson earned her first Gold Medal as a member of the United States relay team that won in the 4x400 meter relay event. She again competed as a member of the United States relay team in the 2008 Summer Olympics and won her second Gold Medal for the 4x400 meter relay event. Her teammates were Allyson Felix, Mary Wineberg, and Sanya Richards.
