Tashard Choice is a professional football player currently signed as a running back for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He was born on November 20, 1984 in Thomasville, Georgia.
Choice played for Lovejoy High School where he set a record for 40 career all-purpose touchdowns.
For college, he began at Oklahoma but transferred in 2005 to Georgia Tech. He majored in Technology, History, and Society.
In 2004, while at Oklahoma, he earned the All-Big 12 Academic Honor Roll. In 2005-2006 he earned the All-ACC Academic Honor Roll, while at Georgia Tech.
Choice entered the 2008 NFL Draft and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 4th round as the 122nd overall pick. He made his first touchdown during the 2008 preseason game against the San Diego Chargers.
